Magnesium Glycinate — 275 mg Elemental | 90 Capsules
275 mg elemental | 90 capsules | 30 servings
Check what you’re actually getting.
A bottle promising “500 mg magnesium glycinate” contains only about 55–70 mg of magnesium. The rest is glycine. This one gives you 275 mg of magnesium itself, from 2,500 mg of glycinate — both numbers are on the panel.
That’s 65% of your daily value, and many adults don’t reach the recommended amount from food alone.
It’s glycinate, not oxide. Magnesium oxide is the cheap form — poorly absorbed, and best known for sending people to the bathroom. If you’ve tried magnesium before and quietly stopped, that’s very likely why. Glycinate is chelated to the amino acid glycine, which makes it well absorbed and gentle enough to take daily.
Magnesium supports muscle and nerve function, bone health, normal energy metabolism and restful sleep.*

Every meal and snack is filterable, so you can shop by what works for you. Filter by dietary approach — vegetarian, carb friendly, high protein, diabetes friendly — or by goal, or filter out any of nine allergens*: wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. Filters combine, so you can find vegetarian and high protein. If you have a food allergy, please review the full ingredient and allergen information on each product page before ordering.
*Any Site filter is provided only as a shopping aid and may not identify all ingredients or cross-contact risks; it is not a substitute for reviewing the actual package label. Before each use, review the ingredient list, allergen statements, Nutrition Facts, directions, and warnings on the actual package. Do not consume a product that contains or may contain an allergen you must avoid.
